“Save time. Keep trust.”
Import a patient's documents and Clin A Head builds a clear synthesis in the format you choose, prepares a targeted pre-consultation questionnaire, and answers your questions about the file — with the exact source line highlighted, so you always verify in one glance.
Free, no card required. Desktop app for Windows.
No page-by-page reading, no static template. Import once — read, ask, and prepare from the same place.
Chronology, disease history, by specialty, or mind map — your choice of format. Every fact boxes the exact line it came from, in the original document, so checking it takes one glance, not a search.
Type a question in plain language, before or during the consultation. The tool searches the file and answers — grounded only in what the documents actually say, never invented.
A short questionnaire, targeted at exactly what's missing from the record, sent ahead of the appointment. Answers file themselves — no re-typing for you or your secretary.
Your practice software's patient card is useful — and fixed. One layout, scrolled by hand, for every patient and every specialty.
One goal: give you back the time preparation takes, so you can see more patients — without lowering the quality of care, and without your data ever leaving your control.
Before any text reaches our AI model, an automatic redaction pass strips direct identifiers. Here's precisely what that means, in plain terms, not a vague privacy promise.
What this is — and isn't. This is targeted removal of direct identifiers, described precisely, not a claim of full legal anonymisation. Dates and diagnoses stay because your synthesis and chronology depend on them, and — combined with a rare condition or an exact date — indirect re-identification can still be theoretically possible. We say this plainly rather than promise more than the current design delivers.
Where processing happens today. AI processing currently runs through a secured hosted connection; our provider's own policy states it does not store or retain prompts or completions. Certified French health-data hosting (HDS), so processing runs entirely within French infrastructure, is our next infrastructure milestone — see the note for French practices below.
A project developed with the backing of Sciences Po Paris's entrepreneurship centre — see the header above.
Solo or group practice — import what's been sent to you, get the synthesis, prepare the questionnaire, ask what you need before or during the appointment.
Shared patients, multiple specialties involved — one consistent way to catch up on a file regardless of who saw the patient last.
Thick files, chronic patients, specialist letters piling up — the exact case this was built for first.
